  • Eau de l’Au (2cl)
  • L’Au is the name of a mountain farm situated between the “Champey” and “Pointe de l’Au” lifts above Champoussin. It is from here that we acquired the recipe for a local eau de vie, which with the help of a few good friends we have given a twist of our own, resulting in our digestive ‘Eau de l’Au’.
